Marketing includes an Overview of your marketable audience, Email (campaigns, newsletters, direct emails, templates and audience groups and segments), and LinkedIn (connected account, post composer, publishing calendar and AI assistance). It runs on the contacts already in Verra — there is no second marketing database.

Campaigns send from Verra's verified sending domain. You can send now, send a test to yourself, or schedule a send, and each recipient gets a delivery status. Opens, clicks, bounces and complaints are recorded against the contact.

Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link. When someone unsubscribes, the contact is updated immediately and excluded from future campaigns. Suppressed, bounced and complained addresses are excluded automatically and cannot be overridden.
