30-day free trial
Every Verra plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is charged during the trial — you only pay if you decide to continue.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. After 14 days, the subscription remains active until the end of the term.
How to request a refund
