Refund Policy

30-day free trial
Every Verra plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is charged during the trial — you only pay if you decide to continue.
Free onboarding session
New users can request one free 30-minute virtual onboarding call from their user profile → Onboarding call, subject to available times. It has no separate charge and no refundable monetary value. Booking or attending it does not change subscription pricing or this refund policy.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. After 14 days, the subscription remains active until the end of the term.
